In 2019, I became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional after going through my own divorce in 1999 and seeing firsthand how much financial nuance gets missed when attorneys focus only on dividing assets. Today my practice includes Divorce Mortgage Planning — helping clients and their attorneys understand how equity, support, timing, and title language affect financing, before the settlement terms are locked in. Alongside that, I work with first-time buyers, growing families, and the real estate agents who serve them.
